House design in Landyš 2005.
The single-family house has a contemporary style and consists of two sections with different heights. The part on the right is two-story and has a gable roof with no overhangs. It has bedrooms, a home office, a cinema room, and bathrooms. The part on the left faces the sun and has a terrace exit. It is a one-story structure with a high ceiling and panoramic glazing. The functional layout of this section includes the kitchen & dining and living room combo. Both sides are joined with a pass-through entry hall with a terrace exit. It is a wood-framed structure house with an insulated foundation. Because there are no overhangs, the whole building stands out and is more pronounced. Exterior materials include wood cladding, standing seam metal roof, KABE polysilicate plaster for aquapanels, natural stone KAMEYA.
