1. One-time inspection
This service offers a one-time inspection of the construction site available one or two workdays before the request. The offer includes consulting with a foreman and solving any construction-related issues that may arise during the building or renovating process.
Supervising time is limited to four hours. All prices are in USD. Payments are made in BYN with the currency exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Prices are displayed for sites that are located 50 km or less from the Minsk beltway.

2. Monthly supervision
The offer includes:
– at least four visits to the site at the request of the client;
– maximum of ten appointments with the client in total;
– supervising time is limited to four hours;
– foreman consulting services;
– possible adjustments to the existing project.
Monthly supervision has benefits, especially for the first two or three months of the construction process on the site, when many issues need instant solving.
3. Purchasing service
This service offers the purchase of finishing materials, furniture, stationary fixtures, lighting elements. The foreman chooses and purchases building materials (CMU blocks, plasterboards, tile adhesive, plaster, etc.)
The service includes:
– the purchase of finishing materials (paint, laminate flooring, decorative plaster), which are approved by the foreman;
– the purchase of furniture, stationary fixtures, lighting elements;
– sellers costs and characteristics verification;
– cost consulting services.
3. Purchasing service
