It was an instance of working with the existing building. Exterior materials include EQUITONE fiber cement panels and thermowood cladding. The plinth wall finish is KAMEYA natural stone quartzite tiles.

EQUITONE fiber cement panels cladding is one of the most pricey options on the market of ventilated facade systems. Large format panels provide a wide range of possibilities in exterior design.
