This comprehensive development plan includes the construction of a residential house, a guest building with a sauna, and a garage with a carport. A key feature—and asset—of the site is the presence of many mature trees. This natural characteristic influenced the “chaotic” layout of the buildings on the master plan, which are not strictly aligned with the cadastral boundaries.
All structures are designed in a restrained Scandinavian style and carefully integrated into the surrounding forest landscape. The main house and the garage with carport are connected by a covered gallery with a green roof. This solution provides practical value and also visually divides the inner “courtyard” area of the property.
The main exterior finishing material is finely sawn spruce boards with variable-width profiles. The design is complemented by fiber cement panels and standing seam metal cladding that seamlessly transitions from the roof to the facades without overhanging eaves.
Modern Scandinavian-style architecture combines eco-friendliness with minimalism. Large windows allow for abundant natural light, while the interior spaces remain closely connected to the natural surroundings.
