The Gan Bei restaurant at Chmielna 1/3 in Warsaw is part of an international chain that includes about 20 establishments in four European countries. The interior design was created in collaboration with Golden Project by restaurateur Sergey Pushnoy.
The space is divided into several zones: an entrance area with a bar, a central dining area under a glass dome, and private areas near green partitions and decorative walls. This layout allows for a seamless blend of a spacious, stylish hall and the coziness of secluded nooks.
The color palette is built around dark tones — graphite, deep black, and dark green — punctuated by vibrant bursts of orange. Distinctive soft furnishings with expressive shapes of armchairs and sofas add a sense of privacy. Decorative elements in Asian style — sculptures and stylized art pieces — complement the concept without overwhelming the interior. Plants are used not only as green accents but also as spatial dividers. The lighting is moderate, warm, and gently diffused, creating an intimate atmosphere around the tables. A futuristic decorative chandelier hangs at the center and enhances the architectural design of the dome.
The interior design of the Gan Bei restaurant in Warsaw harmoniously blends contemporary Asian aesthetics with Eastern hospitality. A well-thought-out concept and effective zoning create a unique atmosphere that invites guests to come again and enjoy the experience.
