The single-story house project with panoramic glazing in the village of Gubino is designed in a modern style with an emphasis on comfort and connection to nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up picturesque views of the surrounding fields and the Ussa River. The corner glazing without mullions follows the latest architectural trends, highlighting laconic design and minimalism. The building has an L-shaped layout with glazing oriented toward the inner courtyard. This solution creates a secluded and cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The interior is filled with natural light throughout the day.
Light-colored seamless KMEW NH4342A fiber cement panels are used for the faсade finishing, contrasted by dark LTM 70 Cynop Natura panels. Warmth is added through variable-width thermally modified pine planks (60/100/160 mm) treated with Remmers HSL 30. The plinth is finished with decorative plaster Ceresit CT 710 Visage Etna Grey. All materials were selected with durability and aesthetics in mind.
The house with panoramic glazing blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings and emphasizes the modern character of the architecture.
