Project year: 2025

The modern facade design in the village of Leskovka was developed for an existing volumetric architectural solution. The architectural project was a two-storey building with fairly complex geometry and a flat roof. Our task was to give it a stylish, contemporary character with clean lines and a combination of contrasting natural material textures.

The combination of light and dark fiber cement panels, brick- and wood-effect tiles, as well as microcement finishes, made it possible to create a balanced yet dynamic interplay of materials. Light seamless KMEW panels provide a sense of lightness, while the dark LTM 70 Cynop Natura and Natura Breeze panels create contrast and visual accents. Hand-molded Real Brick tiles, along with Italon Loft Oak and Loft Oak Tatami porcelain stoneware, add texture and natural warmth. The use of Hauptmann microcement gives the architecture a subtle industrial touch. All these materials work together to form a stylish, modern facade design that maintains harmony and practicality in use.

The project can be described as restrainedly elegant and environmentally balanced. It emphasizes the natural surroundings without dominating them, creating a feeling of calm, well-considered modern living that integrates organically into the landscape.
