Project area:
270 sq. m
Project year: 2025

A concise facade design project using flexible ceramics in the settlement of Ratomka was developed for an existing two-story house with a flat roof. The task was to preserve the structural framework while completely transforming the building’s appearance.

A key architectural feature of the house is a rounded corner, which became a выразительный element of the composition. The main focus is on the facade clad in ELROCK Milan Travertine (beige) flexible ceramics, giving the building a refined tactile texture. Complementing the ceramics, part of the surface is finished with handmade mineral tiles REAL BRICK. Larch planken boards of varying widths add a warm natural accent, creating visual contrast and enhancing the sense of comfort. LTM 70 Cynop Natura and Cynop Natura BREEZE fiber cement panels are presented in calm shades that harmoniously unify all elements into a single palette. Mirrored aluminum composite panels visually increase the glazed area and help “dissolve” the house into its surroundings, strengthening the connection with the landscape.

Carefully selected materials create a rich tactile and visual architecture, ensuring durability and expressiveness of the facades. As a result, the project demonstrates a thoughtful combination of textures, colors, and materials, emphasizing the character of the house and its harmony with nature. The flexible ceramic facade enhances the overall cohesion and aesthetic expressiveness of the architecture.
