Barn-style house design in Siomkava.

The stand-alone house consists of two barn-like sections of different heights and a flat roof carport. The first floor contains open to below kitchen and living & dining room combo. The second floor accommodates living space and a utility room. The living room has access to the large terrace adjoining the house from the south. The flat roof awning covers a two-car carport and a storage shed. It is set to be a wood-framed structure on the slab foundation. Exterior materials include wood cladding, aluminum composite panels, and standing seam metal roofing.

Eaveless roof, huge panoramic windows, wood cladding, and standing seam metal roofing are characteristic features of a barn house design.
