The summer terrace of Gan Bei restaurant at Chmielna 1/3 in Warsaw was designed by Goodproject Studio in collaboration with Golden Project and restaurateur Sergey Pushnoy.
The elegant terrace is conceived as a narrow elongated island with seating arranged along the historic façade of the building. Decorative planters separate the outdoor area from the pedestrian flow, creating a green “barrier” and defining the dining space. Inside the greenery, dining groups are arranged in two rows, forming an intimate space for guests.
Light white chairs with vertical backs and cushions, along with rectangular tables featuring dark stone-effect tops, create a visually fresh and contrasting look. The combination of large potted plants and elongated woven planters adds character and individuality to the terrace design. In the evening, a special atmosphere is created by soft warm lighting from the planters and table lamps.
Gan Bei restaurant’s terrace is a small urban oasis, where each table invites guests to linger, enjoy a dessert, and let the evening stretch on.
