The single-family house has two floors and a hip roof. It has a pretty simple structure that cuts multiple costs and allows to avoid many mistakes during the implementation and construction phase. The functional layout includes a big spacious kitchen and dining & living room combo, and a sauna with a relaxation room. The house has two combined terraces. Exterior wall finishes are KABE polysilicate plaster, thermowood pine cladding, and a natural KAMEYA stone.
