House design with a carport in Padnevičy.

It is a classic structure with a mansard floor with a gable roof, carport, and a partially covered terrace. The first floor contains an entry area, kitchen, dining & living room, home office, mechanical rooms, etc. The second one has a sleeping area with three bedrooms and some additional rooms. Cinder blocks from Termokomfort are used as the chief building material in combination with beam and block floor.  Exterior materials include KABE polysilicate plaster, EQUITONE fiber cement panels, larch cladding, KAMEYA natural stone. The roofing is Blachotrapez standing seam metal.
A house with a carport is an excellent alternative if you don’t need a garage but still want to protect the car from the environment.
