The apartment with an area of 42,5 sq.m. is designed as a free layout. The bedroom is visually zoned from the dinning-room with the help of furniture partition with a fireplace and a TV. As the main storage system in the apartment there is a dressing room with a laundry function.

Monochrome colors combined with textures of wood, concrete and stone create a laconic dark interior. The design is made in a contemporary style without bright color accents. The predominant matte surfaces of the interior are dotted with glossy ones: mirrors, a graphite glass partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. Tiles from the FSN salon of the manufacturer FLAVIKER are on the floor and on the walls of the bathroom. The main material for finishing the walls is OIKOS paint. Textiles are from the salon DEVORE.
