Single pitched roof house design in Busuny.

Two sections with different heights create a dynamic silhouette of the building. The first floor has a large area and multiple rooms. It contains a vestibule, an entry area, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a sauna with a relaxation area, and mechanical rooms. The second floor has three bedrooms, an open to below staircase, a dressing room, and two bathrooms. The space above the garage and the awning forms a large roof deck on the second-floor elevation height. Exterior wall finishes are HPL FUNDEXMAX cladding, clinker cladding, natural KAMEYA stone, and wood cladding. The single-pitched roof house is the best solution in terms of budget and functional layout.
