The design process of the one-story house in Znamenka is an example of smart planning and budgeting before building your dwelling. It is a structure with a pretty simple configuration and a thorough functional layout. The modular terrace with a retractable roof adjoins the house on the south side. It brings diversity to the moderate appearance of the building. The main exterior wall finish is KABE polysilicate plaster. The roofing material is Blachotrapez HIGH-TECH standing seam metal.
The one-story house doesn’t require a complex foundation and a staircase. Also, it’s much safer for kids and elderly people.
